MO/Whole Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. New week, new day ahead!
Goals: devotions, meet about Medicare plan, weightlifting script, read, enjoy this flexible COLD day without many plans. Grateful for a great day with special pumpkin patch friends yesterday, for warmer upcoming temperatures, for my warm house. Make it a marvelous Monday!

  2. Worked this AM. Ran some errands. Got some self care stuff for my hair.
It was a busy day. Cold and rainy too.
Marched in place while my hair toner set. Stretched after my shower. Been really feeling down lately trying to do things to help me not feel so down.
Gonna use my massager now on my sore legs and back.

    1. Self care is very important Cel! So glad you are "giving" to yourself as you "give" a lot to others constantly!
I hope the massager helped your back and legs feel better! πŸ€—

  3. Awakened at 3 am. by an unexpected deluge of rain that sounded like it had hail hitting the roof as well. For a few seconds I couldn't understand what the noise was. I thought a helicopter was landing on the roof. Ha!
My area is under a severe storm warning for an "artic blast" overnight with wind chills of 25'. Definitely not typical Florida weather. Tomorrow will be a "soup day" for sure.

    1. Well girls it sounds like we’re all going through a little bit of something. Cel,I hope you can pick yourself up and have better days. Julie, hope you can stay warm. We had a cold blast today for sure and in two or three days it’s gonna be back to the 50s 60s 70sπŸ‘my issue right now is sugar. wow, I have to get rid of it. I’ve never even been one to care for it, but for some reason, I’m overdoing itπŸ˜–πŸ˜–

    2. I need to watch it on the sugary stuff too.
I won't let myself excuse too many "treats" due to shorter daylight and colder temps, which I've been doing.

    3. I gotta quit baking those cookies for my son and husband for one thing, it’s not good for any of us! I’ve been pre-diabetic for a while, but I think everyone my age is. I ‘be just got to knock it off!!

    4. This time of the year with the shorter days its easy to look for that sugar for the "dopamine boost"!
