 QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. My morning devotion: Philippians: 4:11-4:12.
Prayer, meditation, made 3 entries in gratitude journal.
Coffee-black and Wasa multi-grain cracker with tablespoon natural peanut butter for breakfast.
Neighborhood loop with pupper. Fed dog & cat their breakfast(s.) Tyler demanded his second one 15 mins after his first and Bella said,"I have another too."
Work, meeting a friend for lunch at a local park. Plan another loop of the neighborhood this afternoon.
Ready for whatever the day entails.
I wish you All a Fabulous Friday!
