TU/Body-Mind-Spirit Health Plan

QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Good early morning!
The fur babies are eating breakfast.

My devotional verse for today: Psalm 34:15.
"The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry."

Morning stretches, 3 entries in gratitude journal, enjoy a cup of coffee, neighborhood loop with my pupper, grocery run, park hike, 1 mile at lunch time ) evening neighborhood loop with my pupper, read and relax before bed.

Over -easy egg with a slice of toasted whole grain bread and coffee black for breakfast. Taco seasoned chickpeas, red onion, cheese in a high-fiber wrap with orange mango sparkling ice for lunch. Not sure about supper yet.

Wishing everyone a Terrific Tuesday! 🤗♥️

  2. Missed you all yesterday!
Goals: devotions ✔️ work public library this morning, host a progressive book club with discussion, lunch, and cards this afternoon. Grateful for the courage to back out of any more junior high music classes following yesterday‘s experience. life is too short to subject myself to that again. I hope you all have a terrific Tuesday!

    3. Thanks for your support friends. I haven’t heard back from the principal yet, but I am sticking to my decision. I was in that role for 36 years. I think I put my time in lol!

  3. Today is a day of catch up on chores after my morning meditation & walk. Had a good time helping with an extra respite care session at the church yesterday. Tomorrow is our regular scheduled day, so hoping to be productive today at home.
