  2. Goals: Morning meditation, walk, and tackle yesterday’s chore list. I got a bit derailed to help a friend in need yesterday. By the time I headed home it was after 5. Glad I was able to help my friend out. She suffered a stroke in July and it’s been a difficult recovery for her. Happy to be part of her village. Now, back to the bathrooms at my house. Have a wonderful day!

  3. Still very sick but dragged my butt to work. Batched today do only had an hr and a half where I was drawing patients then I was just processing specimens except a short period where they had to close the front lab to clean up after a patient threw up on one of our phlebotomists (lol oh my).
    Came home and swept and showered and took meds now on the couch with a blanket
