The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions ✔️ spend the day with our two friends from Canada relaxing playing cards/ hanging out.( Haven’t had a day like that since I can remember!)so grateful for these special friends, for relaxation, and little responsibilities for a day. Make it a thankful Thursday.!

DeleteGoals: Morning meditation, walk, do some household chores, water softener is getting serviced today so need to make sure I have salt on hand, may do a quick dash to the commissary. Cel, hope you are feeling better.

DeleteWorked this AM. Walk at work. Worked later. Came home and cleaned then took Matilda for a short walk. Which, pushed my body a bit too much since I was sick yesterday. Started to feel weirdly nauseas and hot and just funky so resting now. Happy tomorrow is Friday! And that I have made it through a very bumpy week between work computer system glitches 2 days in a row and not feeling the best. Almost done!
