SU/ Body-Mind-Spirit Health Plan

QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Sooo grateful that despite the fact that all major trees down in my town were in less than a 1 mile radius of me (some less than 1/4 mile from my house and landed on someones car!) That I have my power and what appears to be no damage.
Errands, laundry, and pickling to be done today. Have a great day!
