MO/ Body-Mind-Spirit Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions✔️groceries, labs, help set up pumpkin patch kitchen, work library this afternoon, meet friends for supper tonight. Grateful for a beautiful start to the day, TWO double rainbows last night and what they mean, and safety. Make it a Memorable Monday!
ReplyDeleteTwo double rainbows? Thats awesome! Enjoy your supper with friends!
DeleteDouble Wow for the double rainbow!
DeleteOne to remind of his promise and one to signal special blessings on the horizon!π♥️
Amen Julie! So my supper with friends got canceled, but it’s a blessing because of my extremely busy week ahead. I’m glad to be home tonight. It’s a beautiful night on my patio. Unfortunately, the little black bugs of fall enjoy it alsoππ
DeleteGood Morning! Goals: Morning meditation, Dr appointment, cleaning and organizing chores. Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great day and week, Linda!
DeleteI hope your dr's appt. went well!
DeleteWishing you a Wonderful week ahead!
Worked this AM. Started to take my walk at work but saw a patient down in the parking lot so ran in and called code from nearest phone and ran back out to stay with them until the ER nurse manager showed up.
ReplyDeleteCleaned after work. Took my walk. Matilda needs a good baby wipe bath amd her flea drops still. One important phone call made. Just still have to call to find a specialty pharmacy.
Best wishes and π for the patient who went down in the parking lot. Thank goodness you came outside for a walk!
DeleteBest of luck in finding the specialty pharmacy you need!
Thank you! And yes, she was alert and oriented which is good but she was having a lot of pain shooting from her back down her leg and was having difficulty moving from the ground (an OR nurse came out as I was running in to call code and thankfully stopped the daughter in law from moving the poor patient (because she was going to try to help her up naturally) to prevent any further injury).
DeleteIm also happy I still have the code phone number memorized and that a phone wasnt too far away inside. It was definitely good timing I almost skipped my work walk today since I was so busy but opted for it and I am happy for sure I did!
I really hope she made out okay in the ER. Hopefully no serious injuries!
Wow cel, sounded like a lot of blessings right there. Thankful for you!!.
