TU/ Body-Mind-Spirit Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Goals: devotions✔️2 mile hill walk at 62 degrees!✔️golfing with my 5&6 yo grandies and THIER babysitter, mow our shop for hubby, try and dust again, golf league tonight. Grateful for our cool weather(soon to change), all the random rain we’ve had lately, and positivity. Make it a Terrific Tuesday!

    1. A golf outing with the littles and their babysitter sounds like fun.
Kids are awesome for reminding us "old fogies," not to take ourselves so seriously and to delight in even the smallest of things.
      You are blessed indeed Friend!

  2. Devotional reading, gratitude journaling, meditation. ✅
Stretches, 1 mile solo walk, Double neighborhood loop with 🐕. ✅
Probably just walking the yard this evening with it being so hot and sticky even in the evenings.
    Post office run. ✅
No appetite for breakfast. Lunch: McDonald's large iced coffee-black, 6 chicken nuggets with no sauce, (4 for me and 1 each 🐕🐱,) apple slices that I also shared with them. ✅
I will definitely have a cold supper as the heat is still on extra-high in my area.
I hope you all are having a great day!😁

  3. Found out last night that my dear one took her last breath.
Worked this morning. Walk at work. Cleaning and walk after work.
In less than a year I have had 3 significant losses. So just trying to take care of myself.
