  1. Going to give my body another rest day I think besides cleaning. Fluid/inflammation is still up but getting better!
    Think I may make more of that soup again today it was so good! Just have to go to store and get more cabbage and tomato.
    Going to have an easy going Sunday. First day of our extended heat wave.

Goals: devotions ✔️relaxing day ahead after more rain in the night(we can actually do without for a while now!)taking day off of fitness routine to rest, read, do some baking with our apples, and enjoy live music at our beautiful country hunting lodge . Grateful for days like these! Make it a Super Sunday!
