SU/ Body-Mind-Spirit Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Goals: devotions✔️finish laundry, mow this LONG lawn, feed my hungry birds and plants, attend a friend’s 85th birthday party, and another’s retirement party. So very grateful for my home sweet home, abundant rain in JULY!, my mom’s safety, and special memories. Make it a Special Sunday!

  2. Happy Sunday everyone! Had a really fun beach trip yesterday. Back to the grind today. Ran errands (managed to forget my wellness tea darn it!) Vacuumed, cleaned litterbox, finished putting everything away from yesterday, scrubbed tub out.
    Picked my first string beans!
Still have to mow the lawn in a lil bit when grass is a little less wet.
Should def do an epsom salt soak later.

Just found out my old downstairs neighbor who was like a second mother to me/a good friend for years is passing away. I am heartbroken to hear this news and feel so sad for her daughters and grandchildren.
