Goals: devotions✔️have my 2 grands today so that’s the goal and the fitness plan lol. Grateful for the day ahead, energy needed, and good temps. Make it a memorable Monday!

DeleteWorked. Short walk at work. Some grocery shopping after work. Cleaning (sweeping, bathroom, etc). Walked over a mile. It was hot but not too hot for me fortunately. Tomorrow might be since itll be mid to high 90s not ~90. Dry heat is making a difference though for sure!
