MO/ Body-Mind-Spirit Health Plan
Happy Monday!!! Don't forget to check out the "funnies" selected by Celina for all of us to enjoy around the Chuckle Circle
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions ✔️new weightlifting script, clean neighbor’s shop, sort/file church music folders, dust. Grateful for my beautiful fresh mowed green lawn, more moisture last night(our rain totals have been totally unheard of this summer!!), and for God’s love. Make it a Marvelous Monday!

DeleteMoving post office run to tomorrow. Long line and "feels like temp109'" was too much and I started not feeling so great.
Back in the ac now and feeling ok.
Hoping we get an afternoon rain to cool things off a bit so Bella & I can make a loop or 2 of the neighborhood later.
Take care and feel better ❤️❤️ the heat can def make you feel sick!
DeleteAww! Thank you!
DeleteI'm feeling much better since coming home and hanging out in my air conditioned bedroom. Did take a nap too. 😴 😁

ReplyDeleteGot in my short walk at work and a walk after work (over 30 mins total) plus our 1 min squat hold weve been doing before we open the doors at work. Stretches after afternoon walk.
Cleaned when I got home.
Just watered my beautiful garden.
