  1. Goals: devotions✔️return home following a very fun overnight stay at a beautiful downtown city hotel/pool with great friends, take grands to the pool this afternoon. (kind of got slack with my weights this week, but no time today! ) Grateful for my “hat” of grandma, for my dear friends, and this gift of a day. make it a fabulous Friday!!

  2. Not much movement today besides steps at work and cleaning/started laundry so far.
    Food truck festival this evening hopefully with my brother, his gf, my niece, and my mom. Been having a lot of.fluid esp in my abdomen and its been painful and awful. So as long as my belly stays like it is now Ill be okay.

  3. I met my fitness, mental, nutritional, and spiritual goals today. I feel like my day was productive and successful.
    Thunderstorms in my area so Bella is barking at each crack of thunder. I try to comfort her, but, she is determined to let the thunder know it isn't welcome. 🐕😃♥️
