  1. Worked this AM. Another busy morning!
    Cleaned after work.
May or may not exercise. I have been fighting an autoimmune flare up since Sunday and have been getting bad headaches all week.
Rainy and chilly today after our heatwave.

    1. I think it's wise not to push your body with extra exercise while it's already working overtime with the autoimmune flare-up.
I hope you feel better soon!
I wish we could have some of your "chilly!"

    2. Thanks! I did decide to rest and do a face mask and stretches.
Forgot to mention how grateful I am for my mom. She surprised me with 2 pj sets from my faborite movie (one adult onesie thats is super soft for winter and a soft summer short/t shirt set)!! They were on my stairs when I came home from work 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️

    3. At first read I thought you said that you decided to do a face-plant! And, I thought, "oh, that's not good." Then I saw "stretches," got confused, and decided to start from the beginning again. LOL! 😄
The heat and my brain are Not "friends!" 🥵

How super-sweet of your Mom! 🥰
      What is your favorite movie?

    4. The Nightmare Before Christmas. I collect memorabilia :) and I love Tim Burtons work in general. Even his poems with little characters he drew for them.
And it was extremely sweet of her. Its been a rough week and sometimes when i have real rough weeks at work she surprises me with comfy pjs or blankets etc. Comfort stuff I love.
One time I was working in the ER and had really rough shifts and came home to comfy winter pjs (it was cold weather) waiting at home for me. Its so sweet.
And yes heat brain is a real problem! Keep hydrated and cool!

    5. Sorry it's been a rough week. Feel better so you can enjoy the beach on Saturday! 🏖️

My Mom was good with surprising me with gifts, etc too. For example, when I worked night shifts years ago, my Mom would call my landline phone at 3am and leave me messages I would play when I got home before going to bed. Such as: " Hi baby girl! I wanted to be the first to greet you today and to tell you how much I love you and how proud I am of you! Now, go to bed! My baby needs her rest!" 😄
I miss her and I will be forever proud to be her, "baby girl " ❤️
