8.5k steps yesterday since I just worked window/only went to help my coworker draw 1 patient she couldnt get.
ReplyDeleteBeen up since 4am for some reason. Gonna do errands early and clean and if I have energy indoor exercise. If not itll be a good day to rest!

DeleteIce and propping leg on a pillow several times a day and overnight seems to be helping.
