Breakfast was 1/2 of a two good yogurt, two spoonfuls of cottage cheese ,half a slice of whole wheat toast ,and coffee.
ReplyDeleteLunch will be salmon, steamed asparagus, and lettuce salad salad
Breakfast: Wasa multi-grain cracker topped with 1 tbsp. Teddy's natural peanut butter and a cup of coffee-black.
ReplyDeleteLunch: Sliced cucumber, radishes, and carrot sticks with 1 tbsp. French onion dip and iced coffee-black.
Went to a coffee shop with mom today for lunch and had a salad with a side of pickles and an almond milk matcha latte.
ReplyDeleteLiquids rest of day. Not feelin so hot.
