  1. Well, the scale is looking really bad and today/tonight is not going to help. I’m putting time with friends ahead of worrying about my diet, but will need to restrict as much as possible .made a beautiful quiche and muffins for my friends this morning

    1. Ooh quiche yum! I love frittatas since i cant have gluten.
      I feel the scale woes. My weights been up since my flare up last weekend. Gradually coning down. Trying to be strict about my sodium etc to prevent anymore inflammation rn.
