  1. Breakfast: Wasa multi-grain cracker with 1 Tbs. natural peanut butter and treating myself with a sugar-free Swiss Miss hot chocolate.

  2. Breakfast will be a half a cup of cottage cheese with some berries and black coffee
    Supper will be grilled salmon and asparagus

  3. Stomach is still on the fritz. Nibbled on some gluten free crackers this AM amd had some broth. Just hardboiled a couple eggs so I can try that in a little bit.
