  2. Not feeling so hot this morning. Bad headache/back pain and nauseas. Going to clean a little and try to get my 1100 crunches in (havent missed an ab challenge day yet). Working the window for a few hours this evening.

    1. It might be best not to do the crunches given the symptoms you're having.

    4. I have a feeling my walk isn’t going to happen today. It’s beautiful “hallmark” light snow right now and I am going to be digging into putting up my trees all afternoon
