    didn’t have the energy to do my weightlifting yesterday after the pumpkin patch.
    couldn’t walk early this morning and have a packed day, so will probably miss weights again😩

    1. You're holding yourself accountable and that's good
      Don't "best yourself up" though.
      You & your Mom had a long day with her Dr 's appointments and awaiting the results of the enchcardiogram, etc. Then you commuted home yesterday and worked the pumpkin patch. That's enough to sap your energy for sure.
      You will get after it, (weight lifting script) tomorrow first thing.

  3. Lots of errands and laundry today. Then actually had to nap until i heard mom was out of surgery. Flu shot kicking my butt.
