  1. Breakfast: oatmeal with some blueberries , black coffee
    Lunch: canned chicken mixture on a spinach wellness wrap with a few Pringles
    Supper: made up a batch of spiced beef burger mix, and creating hotdog mummies with dirt cups for my family Halloween supper

  2. Fasting still. Will be until im at work. Bringing an apple and maybe some pistachios with me.
    This evening Ill have some kind of veggie not sure what yet.
