  1. Breakfast: Multi-grain cracker with 1tbsp. natural peanut butter and coffee-black.

  2. Breakfast: slice of 12 grain toast 1/2 avocado black coffee
    Lunch salmon and broccoli

  3. Had my coffee and a little broth so far today (so as to not technically break my fast)
    Still fasting.
    Planning on a salad before work. Probably some hippeas. Bringing an apple to work. Need to hard boil some more eggs.
