  2. Stretches, 1 mile walk with trek poles, double neighborhood loop.
    Expect to get in another double neighborhood loop this evening so Bella can "bark" at those who weren't out yet this morning.! 😳 🐕

    1. 😂😂 gotta make her presence known! Mitsy had little dog syndrome. Id let her outside to pee and sometimes shed just run out barking right off the bat at nothing!

  3. Did 2 loads of laundry today (clothes then couch linens)
    Otherwise may walk to pond not sure.
    After rearranging my whole living room yesterday and all the yardwork day before feeling a bit sore! Also having orthostatic hypotension today so I keep getting lightheaded when I stand up.

    2. Sit up slower and give your body the chance to adjust before actually standing up so you don't fall.
