Breakfast: Rolled oats with sliced banana and almonds, and coffee-black.

DeleteBlack coffee and broth this AM with 2 bites of egg whites lol
ReplyDeleteFew garden green beans and a few bites of homemade soup around noon.
Maybe will have more egg white and some cherry tomatoes or something before work. Might not have much time for a break at work tonight because of my hours.
Breakfast was a small slice of my homemade zucchini apple bread and black coffee.

Supper will be out with my mom tonight.
