Breakfast: fruit smoothie

Had an egg white and some olives this morning after my usual coffee and broth since i didnt eat supper last night.
ReplyDeleteA few veggie straws and a pickle after errands.
Another egg white and egg white wrap heated up with a lil salsa in it and olives and 1/2 c rice around 4pm. Feeling darn full.
