    Already had a serving of pb and some air puffs.

  2. Breakfast was a scrambled egg and ham cubes in an extreme wellness wrap
    Lunch was a little leftover beef burger mix on half a pretzel roll

  3. Breakfast: Coffee-black and 21g. Protein bar.

    Lunch: Cobb salad with lite vinaigrette.

    Supper: Chickpea taco meat in a wellness wrap with cheese, lettuce, olives added as toppings, and orange- mango sparkling ice.
