DeleteLots of gingerale and broth today. Some olives, veggie chips, hummus, and 2 hard boiled egg whites.
ReplyDeleteBeen having serious GI issues today. Myself and the girl I trained with yesterday and today were taking turns running to the bathroom when we werent doing draws today!
I hope you & your trainer haven't caught a flu bug.

DeleteI haven't had much of an appetite today myself. I need to get on top of my stress level for sure!
