  1. Breakfast: Toasted multi-grain bread with 1 tbsp. Natural peanut butter.
    Lunch: Cucumber slices, baby carrots, ranch dip.
    Supper: Chickpea taco in a wellness wrap.

  2. Had our family Easter brunch today: Melon and strawberry salad, pancakes and biscuits and gravy(hubby’s), bacon, deviled eggs, colorful poke cake. ( That’s what was served, not what I specifically ate!)
