    1/2 avocado on slice of 12 grain light bread
    Lunch: ham ball and lettuce salad

  2. Been mainly eating pickles, olives, salsa, celery, mushrooms, egg whites, and carrots or cuties. Broth at night usually. Just not hungry lately.
