    100 alternating leg lifts. ☑️
    1 mile brisk walk. ☑️
    1 neighborhood walkies. ☑️
    More " walkies" throughout the day.

  3. Been on day 2 of extreme fatigue. Got laundry done yesterday and trash done today plus went to see grandpa. Hoping to be over this fatigue tomorrow
