  1. Breakfast: egg on 1/2 English muffin
    Lunch: spaghetti and pizza for the grandies and grandpa
    Supper: prime rib and veggies in the shed with family and friends, (heavy on the veggies for me)!

  2. Today was some brazil nuts and cashews, an egg white, raw mushrooms, some olives, hummus, less than 1/2 serving cauliflower tortilla chips and broth.
