    Prayer, meditation. ✅
    Yoga stretches. ✅
    Morning walk around the neighborhood with the pupper. ✅
    Get at least a mile of brisk walking in along with 2 more neighborhood walks, grocery run, shop for baby shower gift, household chores.

    walk outside✔️
    Push-ups ✔️devotions✔️
    3 school van runs, decorate my porch, entertain friends this afternoon. Grateful for anticipation in my day, for a good beginning to make a good end, and for this platform to make me accountable.
