  7. First of all, I am grateful to be home safe and no longer in crazy traffic! So many accidents to slowly get by and aggressive and distracted drivers. My stress is at peak level! I need to do some heavy-duty meditation and breathing exercises
For a respite from the traffic snarls, I went through McDonalds drive thru. Got 6 piece chicken nuggets-no sauce and an iced coffee that was supposed to be just coffee and ice, but they put liquid sugar in it. Disappointed for sure as I hadn't had an iced coffee black oi a spell, and was looking forward to that first long sip. Stuff happens though. I had enough in my calories budget, so I've moved on from the "blib" on my order.
I said a prayer of thanks as soon as I parked my car. Turned to see that a neighbor was eyeing me, (probably thought I was talking to myself.) That's okay, because I do! 😁 I have continued with daily positive affirmations and do them on the car too.
Okay, to my meditation and deep breathing...have a relaxing evening folks! 🧘‍♀️

    3. Thanks Cel!
My resting heart rate was 95bpm. when I first got home so I was definitely stressed! I feel more relaxed now. 75-80 range where I live it! I hear sirens screaming by on the nearby highway at the moment. I hope everyone in any accidents will be okay and I wish others would take operating a motor vehicle more serious!

Owning the body shop, We sure see the result of distracted, driving continuously. Hope you have relaxing walks instead today.!You have the right attitude, keep talking to yourself!
