Prayer and meditations completed this am. Got in a me brisk walk and 2 neighborhood strolls.

I am thinking that it would be nice to go back to "daily" posts for goals, body matters, and my healthy eats. Labeled Mon, Tue, & date. What are your thoughts on doing this?

Goals: Walk✔️push-ups ✔️devotions✔️Bible study lesson, last work day at pumpkin patch, prepare organ music for church Sunday. Grateful for comfort that gives strength and hope, for pumpkin patch season, and a mower to pick up leaves. Make this a Wonderful Wednesday!

Ive been making it a daily goal to do yoga and another form of exercise every morning and to write in my "best part of my day" journal every night. Minus work days with yoga and a night here or there I have been hitting this target!

DeleteGoals: attend granddaughter’s volleyball games early this morning✔️ devotions✔️, weightlifting, vacuuming, prepare music for church tonight and tomorrow morning, dress up with a gang of friends for costume contest tonight . Grateful for DRIVE, that I can take my cares to Jesus, and for spooky fun on Halloween. Make it a Satisfying Saturday !
