ReplyDelete.5 mile brisk walk and I'm drip-sweating!
DeleteGood for you Julie! I kind of dropped the ball today. went for a short 20 minute walk, but after I had my tooth pulled, I’ve really been out of it.all went well, but just wearing off all the Novocain has knocked me out!
DeleteI hope you sleep well tonight. Having a tooth extraction is no fun, but, I'm glad everything went okay!
DeleteYou might have to eat soft foods or soup for a few days while your mouth heals. You're in my prayers!
Thanks Julie! Surprisingly no pain with one! Caught a cold right after, but can deal with that. Soft foods for a while!
DeleteAwesome for no pain! Bummer for the cold!
DeleteKudos for your positive attitude!

Push/bag mow 1 1/2 hours
Wow, out mowing with winter gloves, coat and head warmer on today!. The wind is atrocious. Hope I can get rid of this chill in my bones!!.
DeleteI hope some broth or soup will warm you up. I wanted cooler weather, but, I'm not ready for winter cold! Thankfully, the coldest won't be until Jan, Feb here in Florida. Well...usually. With the crazy extremes in weather we have all been experiencing, only time will tell when the real-cold arrives in the Sunshine state and elsewhere.
DeleteHappy Friday everyone! This week has been very busy at work and left me pretty flat out/not feeling well my day off between the days. But man is my body getting its movement in!
ReplyDeleteToday has also been busy so no real deliberate movement other than vacuuming but plenty of steps so far!
Deliberate movement: walk 20 min outside(33 degrees!)✔️, 55 counter push-ups✔️cleaning
ReplyDeleteBrrr! 33'!
DeleteWe're supposed to get a major cold front Monday, but thankfully, not nearly as cold as your area. Bundle up! You're burning more calories due to the cold, which, is a silver lining, or shiver-me-bones lining. 😁
