  9. Not sure what todays movement will be. Feeling slightly lethargic right now. I know I will be cleaning and pulling some decorations up from basement for Halloween. I want to paint/draw today. Thats more mental health care lol

    1. Caring for our mental/emotional health is as important and fueling our bodies with healthy foods, moving our bodies in deliberate ways for fitness, and nurturing our spirit as well.
      I think painting/ drawing is an excellent way to "nourish" your mental well being!

    1. You're knocking out those counter pushups Cindy! I'm still at 15. If I had to mow 1.50hrs. too, I would need a nap first! Ha!

  11. So yesterday turned into walking Matilda for 1.5 miles and bringing up some decorations and a visit from a friend.
    Today is rainy. Better day for indoor activities.
    Tomorrow I have my Sepsis Superheroes walk with work. (Fundraiser walk)

  15. I also got some dancing and hula hooping in yesterday. And a short walk to the pond and back. My friend got a good pic of me hooping.
    Today is a recoup day I think. Maybe Ill do some more hooping while watching TV later on or something. Doing some laundry right now. Def need to do some stretches today.
