Making a scrambled egg and English muffin for my mom and I for breakfast. Lunch out after her appointment.
ReplyDeleteI had the same breakfast! Yum!
DeleteI hope you have a tasty lunch after your Mom's meeting. Be safe in your travels!
Love that you added the form!! I tried it but page didnt load after I hit submit so not sure if it worked.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your lunch with mom, Cindy!
Making escarole soup in the oven right now. Made pickles earlier.
It loads very slow. Try again and after clicking "submit" wait 60 seconds and then refresh the page. No submission came to me from your first try btw.
DeletePlease hold off on using the form as I'm trying to get it to load faster. Thanks
DeleteYou got it! Will wait for your okay!
DeleteThe form works, but still loads very slow. First choose the pic you want to upload and then put your name on the message box, followed by the comment you wish to make.
DeleteAfter you click on the "submit" there is a one to two minutes wait as it loads. Be patient, (a fix is in the works) Then it shows an "almost there" page asking you to verify you're not a robot. Removing the "robot" verify is next on the "in the works agenda"
After you've verified you're not a robot,a Thank you successful submission page pops up and you can continue on the site. Submissions arrive on my email for me to upload on your behalf. Of course, patience is greatly appreciated at this point;-) I will try to respond as quickly as possible. 🌞
*Put your name I(N) the message box followed by any comment you wish to include.
DeleteThank you!!
DeleteNo plan for today. Thinking steel oats for breakfast, probably won’t get lunch. Need to be better about planning ahead!
ReplyDeleteI'm having a fasting day until suppertime. I also need to get back into the habit of planning my meals.
ReplyDeleteOnce again, I have no idea!! I’m running out of time this morning so I better grab some thing to take my meds with and try to stay healthy today.
ReplyDeleteMy day has been flying by!
ReplyDeleteI will be cooking spinach ravioli in Rao marinara sauce, green beans, and a toasted slice of garlic bread for supper.
Putting on a beautiful roast, potatoes, and carrots for lunch
ReplyDeleteMy IF schedule is so off due to work/not being able to eat much throughout the day due to my gastroparesis
ReplyDeleteAlso yesterday I accidentally took a colagen pill eith cod in it so I was really sick all evening due to my allergy.
Today still not feeling great. Gonna try to eat soup and stuff.
Again… no plan
ReplyDeleteMaybe a garden fresh BLT and salad for lunch
Had a craving for a pancake today, so made a light and fluffy pancake with added cinnamon. It was yummy.!
DeleteA cinnamon pancake does sound delicious Cindy!
DeleteI had a high-fiber wrap with 2 maple-flavored sausage links,a slice of Colby/Monterey cheese, and 1/2 cup of chopped kale for my brekkie. I enjoyed it:-)
Oooo! Sounds really good Julie, I’ll remember that!
DeleteSolid foods are still not going well. Green beans caused severe pain today. So still on soft foods and liquids. Lots of very cooked down veggies and broth.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're consuming enough to stay healthy. I will pray that your body tolerates the soft foods and soups, broths.
DeleteBreakfast was slice of whole wheat toast, 1/2 avocado, 1 slice tomato
ReplyDeleteThat sounds good! I love good fresh tomatoes!
DeleteBreakfast: poached egg, slice of whole wheat toast, slice of Turkey bacon
ReplyDeleteI had a sunny-side up egg, 3 maple-flavored sausages, and a slice of toasted whole wheat bread.
DeleteGetting toward the end of the garden, so I chopped up zucchini, cucumber, and tomato and tossed with some everything bagel seasoning for delicious bowl at lunch, with a small, homemade zucchini muffin
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious Cindy!
