  2. Whoops, I hit Publish before I was finished! Deliver/pick up grandson for preschool, Dr appointment this afternoon to set a plan due to low bone density, take my family out for supper tonight while hubby is still gone. Grateful that Jesus has already overcome the world, I need not fear anything, that darkness turns to light, and for rain to water the garden. Make it a Marvelous Monday all!!

    I will pace myself while running errands. I will remember to drink water to stay hydrated.

  6. I forgot to bring documents I needed notarized when doing my errands. Errands took longer than expected but got 1 phone call made! Also got some cleaning and organizing done! I feel fairly accomplished.

  7. Good morning goals for today: devotions✔️ help out at our local pumpkin patch, attend book/card club today. My goals and movement will be changing as I was diagnosed with osteoporosis yesterday😢 In trying to avoid medication. I will start walking again outside and a strength training program. Grateful I had the test done right away so I could start some preventative measures, I wasn’t happy to hear it. I am feeling rather OLD and trying not to worry about my future. I do trust that I’m in Gods hands. Hope you all have a Terrific Tuesday. !!

Goals today: 20 minute walk✔️ 38 counter push-ups✔️ devotions✔️,either make 3 school van runs, finish decorating my house, golf with a friend in couples golf tonight, OR.. or take care of my granddaughter with a fever. (I’m waiting for her mom to call.) Grateful for my son’s birthday yesterday, for my determination, and for grace through faith. Make it a Wonderful Wednesday everyone!

  9. Welcome to the osteoporosis club, Cindy! lol! I'm not being medicated for mine (and some areas are fairly advanced) due to my kidney disease so for me it is about staying strong and diet. I am sorry to hear you found this out though. It is not a great thing to hear from your doctor.
    Yesterday was the usual insanity at work that we have been experiencing. My waist line is really starting to thank it though. I've dropped a couple lbs from the chaos but its not for lack of muscle lol
    So today I finally got my documents notarized, ran to the pharmacy, and am doing laundry, and cleaned the house a little! It's my friends birthday today so she plans on stopping over on her way home from work before her spouse/my other friend gets home from work so we can spend some of her birthday together.

  10. Goals: Walk✔️devotions✔️water plants✔️attend first Bible study of the year, get hair cut/colored, play piano at our assisted living, visit with a friend later this afternoon. Grateful that I can cast all my anxieties on God because he cares for me, that my husband had a wonderful, successful fishing trip and will be on his way home tomorrow, and for motivation., Make it a Thankful Thursday everyone!

  11. Goals: devotions✔️Bible study lesson, mow, 1school van run, off to my moms (2 hrs) to stay overnight, and bring her back here for a couple days. Grateful I can “come as you are” before Him, my hubby returns from Canada fishing trip, and for time with my mom. Make it a great Friday Finish!

  12. Goals: walk✔️Push-ups ✔️devotions✔️Bible study lesson, bring my mom to our place, spend time with middle son and family, hopefully grill tonight. Grateful that I can pray at anytime/anywhere, for my 93 yo mom, for walks in the dark am. Make it a Satisfying Saturday!!

  14. Tried this once, but would not let me publish, so I’ll try again..
    goals: walk ✔️push ups✔️, devotions✔️ Bible study lesson, play for Sunday school, play and lead church choir, celebrate at my granddaughter’s third birthday brunch, attend our golf club drawing supper. Grateful for my “fear of the Lord” and all His promises, for family time, and for good health. Make it a Super Sunday!!
