Todays movement: walked over a mile doing errands. Hauled a few trips worth of groceries up the stairs into the house after. Cleaned, mowed almost half the lawn (still kinda wet and crab grass is so stubborn), gardening, emptying water out of tucker totes that I didnt get into the basement door before yesterdays storm and then bringing them into the basement.

DeleteYes, I do love our local pumpkin patch. It is over the top! now, getting it ready to open isn’t quite so much fun, cleaning out those barns and sheds from the winter, but the atmosphere is so fun!!
DeleteI wouldn't like the labor part of getting it ready either. Just think of how many calories such work is burning and how each movement is helping you build strength though. π

DeleteWork wore me down yesterday so trying to not overdo it today. After laundry is done I wont be doing too much more today. I already power walked/jogged to stores from my car today and back with the downpours we were having lol! Hope you are all doing well!

ReplyDeleteWell, my movement changed today when my mower wouldn’t start, so I had to ride everything and good thing, because as soon as I got done, it started raining. I guess I wasn’t supposed to push mow todayπ€·♀️

DeleteToday is a rest day for me. 8 hrs of work almost 12k steps in that time yesterday.
ReplyDeleteWe have been swamped nonstop. They offered bonus today to go in.. I almost did it but when the idea of getting ready for work and driving in this afternoon made me fatigued I said no best to get in sweats and take a rest day.
I did vacuum and clean the litter box at least.
