    1. Well, my meal out with friends turned into a hamburger with half a bun and about a dozen tater tot’s. probably not my best choice when I have to be weighed at my physical in the morning, but we did eat late afternoon. That helps

  3. Im so hungry this AM from lack of sleep but trying to stick to my usual.
I dont want to make poor choices today due to lack of sleep and having an underfueled body from that.

  4. Slice of toast to take vitamins this am, making pork chop casserole and roasted cauliflower/broccoli for lunch. That should do me.!

  5. I’m just hanging my head in shame. I started the day with a slice of whole grain toast, plain yogurt & blueberries. Then had some cheese & crackers to tide me over while I ran errands and then went off the rails with a chicken quesadilla on my way home. Salad for dinner for balance.

    1. Lift that head of yours! No need to feel shame! A chicken quesadilla sounds delish, and you're balancing it with a supper salad. You've got this! Believe in Linda! I know that I do! 🌞

  6. Today is my fasting day so will have a good bowl of steel cut oats to push me through to breakfast tomorrow. Usually drink black coffee, flavor my water, and enjoy a cucumber in the afternoon. Looking forward to the energy it provides me!

  9. Ive been back on my IF schedule except this AM. I had a few pistachios..I was starving. But i had under 1k calories yesterday and it wad a work day and I was very busy running around all day and had some heavy care patients and the day before I didnt eat a lot due to having a bad day mentally. I went for lunch with my friend and got a salad and had to force myself.to have my egg bake supper. Im surprised I made it through work yesterday. So I will be okay with breaking my fast some hours early today with some pistachios.

Lunch and supper sound good too. Portion control is hard when everything looks and smells so enticing! You're a "Champ," and can resist going overboard while also indulging some! No worries if you happen wobble on your resolve to control portions, tomorrow is a new day.😀

  13. Really shouldn’t, but I’m in the mood for a bowl of oat cereal, figured I’d sweat it off out mowing! Will keep it light for the day, really no plans

    1. Sometimes a bowl of cereal and milk just hits the spot! I can relate to that. 🌞 For sure you'll "seat" it off mowing Cindy!
This morning I had the milk without cereal. It's just not the same:-(
I'm looking forward to a grilled chicken Caesar salad for lunch. Not sure about supper yet.

  14. Cereal is great in the summer! I cant have most cereals so I honestly get gluten free baby teether snacks. Theyre low in sodium and sugars too. Lol.
I had some peanut butter for a snack and some cauli stalks. A scoop of hummus. Grapes and blackberries. My egg white bake for supper. Loaded up with tons of veggies I roasted like zucchini and cauliflower and mushrooms. Sliced up and added in tomato and some dill.

  15. Won’t be a very healthy eating day with friends on the boat, but will “savor” my time with them and pick up the pace next week👍

  16. I had a pizza slice, (supreme,) and a side salad for lunch. I had been craving pizza, but disappointed with the taste of the slice I got at the Pilot station. Some time in the near future, I will make my own healthier, and much tastier pizza.
