So far today having coffee with a little bit of vegan protein drink in it (just a splash) and gonna have some broth. Had my vinegar and lemon/lemon water. Also had half an avocado since I accidentally fasted all day yesterday until after 6pm. Then I had an avocado and some of my homemade salt free pickles I made and 1 serving of sunflowerseed butter and a few pea crisps. I wasnt hungry and the fasting itself didnt bother me and my body cleared house but my electrolytes are off now and its got my fluid levels all messed up.
ReplyDeleteP.s. homemade pickles came out amazing!
Sounds yummy cel! Hope you get your fluids under control today. Will grab a piece of toast to take with meds/vitamins, grab a healthy lunch on the road, and enjoy whatever my sister in law has for tonight
ReplyDeleteMade another batch of homemade pickles today with leftover pickling liquid I reboiled today and more cukes from the garden. Plus some pickled celery. Been trying to eat more "regular" today and having a hard time with it after yesterday's accidental day of not eating all day. Hitting some mental road blocks. Anxiety is up too about returning to work. Deep breaths, Celina!
ReplyDeleteWill have 1/2 bagel with black decalf coffee to take with vitamins, portion control lunch out, and go easy on my SIL’s spaghetti and meatballs tonight!
ReplyDeleteYour breakfast sounds tasty
DeleteSpaghetti & meatballs sounds so good that I might just make some this week:-)
Enjoy your meals and time together with family as they are blessings indeed.
I made homemade soup for supper. Diced tomatoes, spinach, dill, and onion with some oregano, basil, thyme, and a little mrs dash and salt free soup "boullion" seasoning. Delicious. Didnt need much of the last 2 with the other flavors.
ReplyDeleteYour soup sounded fantastic cel!!
ReplyDeleteToday will be a good opportunity to do a fast from breakfast to breakfast,so I will enjoy a breakfast of a pancake and egg with family before heading out on a long drive
Well, whether anyone is here or not, I’m trying to be accountable. My breakfast was one biscuit with sausage gravy and two sausage links. I traveled eight hours on lots of water. I’m home safe and sound and very grateful. The water has turned to wine lol ! I needed to relax, so much for my fasting. !
DeleteSo glad you made it home safe!.I hope you have a relaxing evening and sleep well tonight. 🤗
DeleteThanks Julie, I slept like a baby! I’ll have a slice of toast to take my vitamins and looking forward to a Mexican chicken lunch in the crockpot.
ReplyDeleteIm glad you slept well. Your lunch sounds delish!
DeleteMy first meal of the day was lunch l got a classic roast beef sandwich from Arby's and shared it with Bella & Tyler. Our bellies are happily satisfied.
ReplyDeletePlanning to have a kale & onion salad with canned chicken breast and an Italian spiced vinaigrette for supper. Easy to make and chilled, which, are both great for me with this hot weather.
Sounds amazing Julie! Lunch was great, ate it over lettuce. Not sure about tonight. Waiting for hubby to bring the camper to the campground and will have to grab something to eat somewhere.
DeleteKale is so great! Sounds nice for a cool day. Glad you made it home safe Cindy!
ReplyDeleteI did a repeat soup and a veggie egg white frittata for my main meal. Other than that it was just picking at pea crisps and pickles and a couple bites of hummus and half an avocado throughout my day.
I meant sounds nice and cool for a hot day 🤦♀️🤦♀️
DeleteI understood your message. I hope you're having a good evening. Hopefully, you will sleep well so that you are well-rested for work tomorrow Have a smooth shift. I hope it doesn't get too hectic!
