My deliberate movement will be push/bagging my lawn for 1 1/2 hrs this afternoon

ReplyDeleteWalking the dog. And working plenty this week! Picked up the weekend along with my days Im working this week.
I got in a brisk walk with my trek-poles. I have also made the circle-round--and- back to the door, of the front yard with Bella twice thus far
ReplyDeleteGot in some extra steps at the bank and shopping at Aldi's. ( 0.5 mile per my activity watch.)
I'm inside until this evening now due to the heat & humidity.
I took a brisk walk this Tuesday morning and then took my doggo on a walk around the neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteI hope to get out for another round of brisk walking without a dog on a leash and a stroll around the neighborhood with the dog attached to her leash this evening when it's cooler.
I'm amazed how my attitude towards daily walking has changed in that I want to do it as opposed to a dreaded task that I must do.
I've even been thinking of getting a gym membership. I can't hardly believe it's me thinking about such things! :-)
Way to go Julieπππ with my self,. it is very helpful to be accountable and I am using this site for that very thing. while I didn’t find this in time today, I did get on the elliptical for 30 minutes and will be swinging the golf club tonight .(I’m going to count that.)

DeleteAbsolutely count a golf league outing as deliberate body movement. It all counts towards our overall health.

Matilda and I did a 15 min walk which at our pace is about 3/4 of a mile. So nothing major. Big ambulance to do along our walking route. 2 towns since my town doesnt have advanced life support. So it was something major. Hope theyre okay.
DeleteLaundry is part hanging out to dry part in dryer. I got my feet up in the sun hydrating.
Sounds good Cel! Except for the person in need of an ambulance of course. I too, hope they will be okay.
DeleteYeah. I guess someone a few houses down from me died of cardiac arrest the other day. He was only in his 50s. I weed whacked and folded some clothes and Im a bit beat.
