Good morning! Just slurped down a spinach/banana smoothie. (not my favorite, but easy to drink with this mouth yet)

ReplyDeleteI'm drinking a La Croix, orange essence, sparkling water. It's refteshing. My appetite hasn't kicked in yet, but, I'm thinking of loaded scrambles eggs, alla-KJ, style:-)
Good morning everyone! Hope your day turns out great! My breakfast was really good! I enjoyed my Oatmeal with my Peanut Butter Kos! What I enjoyed to drink was my Cherry Coke Zero and my Coffee with with Sucralose and my Nutpods! It was really good!

DeleteGood morning! I had whole wheat toast with 1/4 th of an avocado and a fried egg on top. Also a small fruit and sweet pepper and celery salad. I hope this posts as I keep getting error msgs.

Check your browser settings and "fireproof' or, "allow this site" This will stop the error msgs. that are as of a result of blocking third-parties on apps, websites, (I also block them, but I can "allow" sites I trust. You find this in your browser's settings. I hope that helps, as I certainly like to read your replies

DeleteI think of you every time I check my veggies - the tomato plants have gone wild (caged and then have had to stake) and I’ve seen two teeny tiny tomatoes. Just read about pinching off the suckers, so have been doing that. Kale is slowly coming back, but I guess it’s still early days since I don’t expect to harvest until the fall. Might be able to pinch off some baby romaine leaves within a week or so. How’s your garden??
I'm just getting round to eating my first meal of the day. Time flies, except when you're at work! Lol! I had a low-carb wrap with leaf lettuce, slice of roasted turkey deli meat, a slice of monterey/colby cheese, and mustard, pepper. It was quite good...I ate the whole wrap without sharing to Bella's dismay. I grabbed a slice of cheese from the fridge and gave it to her as an "ammends".
DeleteJulie, we always make amends to the pets! If only we could do for ourselves. Rosie, our garden doing well with husband overseeing! He said he picked 13 worms from kale!! I have been snipping the biggest leaves on kale and chard and it seems to make things how bushier and faster, like with basil. They like cooler weather so not sure if they will make it through hot summer. We’ve been eating lots of salads! Enjoy!

DeleteI haven’t seen anymore worms on my kale - hooray! It’s such a dry summer though so far, so not sure how everything will turn out. We’re supposed to get some rain tonight, so that would be welcomed.
My supper was a serving of my leftover chicken dish of Chinese food and a toasted and buttered English muffin. I still feel hungry, but I’m going to wait for 30 minutes. I am a winner and I’m going to win this!

ReplyDeleteSnack: olives and popcorn and a pickle
Lunch: watermelon, lettuce wraps of mushroom, cuke, and tomato and some vinegar slaw
Supper: Soup with celery and spinach and roasted green beans and a hard boiled egg with some spinach artichoke hummus instead of yolk and roasted green beans and a 1/4 serving veggie straws :)
Lots of homemade iced green tea (decaff) and water!
Thinking I may have a lil arctic zero or SF jello soon.
