How we perceive ourselves and the world around us matters. How we "perceive" "think" "feel" "react" "reflect" matters. These components, ( "our," 'myself-and world'-viewfinder') join together and "affects" us on many levels.

From our level of happiness and contentment with where we are in life. Whether our "self-talk is positive or negative. How we handle stressful situations. Our relationships with family, friends, and at work, etc.

If you've got a "glitch," in your "viewfinder" there are many self-help tools found online to help you "grease the wheels, "  regain traction, and keep that forward momentum going!

  1. Rosie-Ro thanks for this message today. It's definitely something that I should do more often... reflect on what life throws in my direction and how I tend to handle it. Our move is a good thing, but it's also stressful because of everything that had to be done in order for it to be completed smoothly.
Only 3 weeks left before the big day.
