If you would like to contribute a temporary or ongoing segment on this blog, You're invited!
Actions Required:
1. Name your segment. If you need help coming up with a name ask your "village" in the "Chat Room" * Please keep in mind that the theme of this blog is related to the health of the mind, body, and spirit. As long as your segment falls within one of those catogories, you're good to move to the next step.
2. Find an image, that is not bound by a copyright. which means, it's free to use, or includes the authors citations. You can use or create your own words, (pics,) and images for your segment. * Note that doing so, constitutes, "content license." meaning you are freely-sharing your content and images. Now you're ready for the next step.
3. Describe your segment so that readers can understand what it's all about. Read on for the next step.
4. Create an email to submit your segment for publishing. In your initial email, Please use: "New Contributor," in the subject line. In the body of the email: start with the name you use on the blog, (so a folder for your contributions can be made.) In addition to this, include whether you want your segment to publish daily, (short, or indefinitely,) only on the weekends, etc. Further, include the name and description of your segment. You can paste images in the body of the emsil or attach them as files.* Rest assured that your email will NOT be shared with others.

What a wonderful idea Jam! I absolutely love cooking and creating recipes 🙃 let me get through this next week & I usually start feeling better by then and with your ok I'd love to submit a segment
