    4. I must admit that I've been "giddy" all day with my progress! It even helped me 'nix' the idea of having a regular coke with my lunch today. Nah!, I enjoyed a La Croix, orange flavored sparkling water with my salad instead:-)

    7. Thanks Cel! Now r u gonna tell us who Josh is?

    8. Nevermind. I saw on your other reply that Josh is your ex. Be careful, don't want you to get hurt, again, as I'm sure the previous break up was painful. They typically are.

    1. I had to "tap" on comment twice to get it to open! Tecnology-invented by a maniac scientist I think. Lol!
Thanks for the congrats, Pole-Sis! I hope your foot heals quickly! Don't overdo while the healing process is still ongoing and you don't want to further injure yourself. The Pole-trails will be there to explore and enjoy when your able to do so. Have a Fantastic day Pole-Sis!

  4. I've already hit the gym & had my early morning walk with Willow. The triple digit heat is here & I'm so over it already. This is the time of year I don't like living here. It's going to be hotter next week - still no rain yet but the heat brings the rain, so hurry up already! I have an appointment in a bit then some errands to run then I'm done for the day! Stay safe everyone

    1. You definitely moved your body with deliberation for the best in health this morning, with hitting the gym, and taking a walk with precious Willow! I don't like so much heat and humidity either! When it gets past a "feels like" temp of 85' or above, I'm inside, in an air-conditioned room!

    2. Yeah, I’m with you girls. The heat and humidity is NOT for this kid. I just like to sit by the pool and have handsome Henri fan me with a big fig leaf while gorgeous Gregory peels me a grape.
(Ok, I don’t really have a pool.) (Or a Henri.) (No Gregory either.)
      Whatever.

    3. I like where your mind went Rose. My 2 tall, dark, handsomes would be named, "I don't speak until my Lady says to," and "Yes, ma'am, your every wish is my command!" Now, because I will have indulged in several alcohol-laden beverages, I will shorten thier names to, "You, here, now!," and "Read my lips." Lol!

    4. So funny I had to publish the same message twice! ;-)

I have a silver fox. Hes quite vocal and is always paying me compliments. I have a very doting dark haired looker as well. Their names are Chesh and Matilda... somedagly I will train them to make me lovely drinks and feed me citrus and watermelon in the hot humid sun by a pool.

  6. I got Lulu out for her early morning walk, she’s gone to bed now! I’ve cleaned the kitchen, taken the trash out, put a new bag into the trash can, made my bed, folded a load of clothes and I’ve got a load in the dryer. Not sure what’s next, but I hope it’s fun!

    1. Wow! Beth, you're really getting after it thus far today! No wonder, Lulu, went back to bed! Watching you move and groove, was exhausting, and she needs a 'refresh" nap! Lol!
I wish you, Lulu, and Sherry a Wonderful day!
