Worked today. Still not well. Went to my SCHEDULED dentist appt of 1pm. Get there.. oh im not on the schedule. First front desk lady I talked to was HORRID and rude. Finally another girl came back up from from being in the back and was like "oh no i remember her that was my mistake i must not have hit save" (to which horrid lady tried to say "see if you had just given me a chance to ask someone else..." when she actually just kept saying to me "you can sit and wait til someone is eventually available but theyre all booked or you can come back later") i was so upset. Dental hygienist told dentist and manager of practice about it because apparently i am not the first one to complain about this woman and how she talks to them(when I got to the back i sat down asked for a minute and just cried all the tears I had been holding in in waiting room from my interaction with her and listening to her say things about me to other receptionist)

Am home resting after some cleaning. Took a short walk before dentist appt but Ive been dizzy from being so sick so not a long one.
So sad to hear news of Dolly Parton AND Tim Curry yesterday :(
Dolly Parton truly did so much good in this world. She is a major loss.

Hopefully management will fire this extremely rude woman or relegate her to a position with zero contact with patients. Sorry 😔 this happened to you on top of being sick.

ReplyDeleteHuge thunderstorm for my area this evening. The power stayed on though. The sky had that eerie yellow that often proceeds a tornado and no birds singing. Thankfully, no tornado here. 🙏 Prayers for surrounding areas not to have any either.
