The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.
Goals: devotions✔️, see my kindergartener off to day one this am, 30 min hill walk, practice with soloists for our church talent night, mow hubby’s shop area fields, entertain friends here this evening. Grateful for cool mornings and evenings, for good habits, and healthy family. Make it a Thankful Thursday!

Worked very short staffed this AM. Stayed late. Short walk at work. Didnt get my usual after work walk in but I can be okay with that for 1 day. Still got plenty of steps in. Vacuumed, cleaned litterbox, went to post office, went to store. Grateful for blessings in my life big and small.
