TH/ Body-Mind-Spirit Health Plan

   QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

    1. So good that you're listening to your body and resting some!
Of course, the best medicine for body, mind, and spirit is "cuddles" with our fur babies! πŸ•‍🦺🐱♥️

    2. Cel, related to your "cuddle-time" with Matilda.
🐱♥️πŸ• I decided to "chill out," in my air-conditioned bedroom and watched the latest episode of "Back to the Frontier" on Max. The show over, and I turned from my phone screen to see that both of my fur babies are "chilling" with me. So awesome!
