  2. Hot day ahead to start my week. "Feels like," temp of 103' at 11 am. and 110' at 1 pm. Thus, I will be getting most of my movement done indoors in air conditioning.

  3. Goals: devotions ✔️2 mile hill walk early this morning (98% humidity😩), work at library this afternoon. Grateful for rain to water my lawn, for my red cardinal that’s been here all summer, and for kids off to a first full week of school. Make it a Memorable Monday!

  4. Woke up sooo exhausted. But back to the weekday grind. Worked this AM, took a slightly longer walk at work, vacuumed, cleaned litter box, and took dumpster down after work. Went for my daily walk even though I wasnt "feeling it" lol. Its only 73 here and Im missing some slightly warmer weather right now! Ill take some of your ladies' heat!
    Watered the garden. Brushed Matilda and gave her some benadryl. Shes got the itchies from either our constant weather changes or some pollen thats out. I know my allergies have been yucky.
    Hoping for some really good sleep tonight!!
